It goes further. The law bars advertisements that directly or indirectly promote online money games and restricts banks or payment facilitators from processing funds toward online money gaming services.

For the user, this means the old “deposit, join contest, win cash” loop is no longer a normal app feature that brands can simply restart under the same structure.

Why Old Gamezy Pages Confuse

Old fantasy cricket pages can stay indexed for months or years. App review sites may keep archived descriptions. APK pages may keep using brand names to attract traffic even after the original product has changed or stopped.

That is why a user searching Gamezy may see mixed signals: one page says discontinued, another promises cricket contests, another mentions rummy or ludo bonuses.
